Although common, they can cause significant discomfort and distress, particularly when we do not understand why they happen or how to improve. Fullsense was designed to increase your knowledge about sexuality, address potential difficulties in this area, and, above all, promote new ways to enjoy your sexuality.

Do I need to install any software to take the course?

No specific software installation is required to participate in the program. It is accessed via the University Lusófona’s distance learning platform.

Given that this course is developed by a university, will it be overly theoretical?

Fullsense includes practical exercises, videos, audio materials, and quizzes to help participants explore the program content more effectively and diversely across all modules.
