Well of Values – Formation of Values And The Development of Creative Skills
About This Course
Module 1 – Values and digitalization: values as a choicepoint, a factor that shapes the future. Creativity, involvement, co-creation, development as values of the future.
In this module, you will learn three main aspects: the importance of critical thinking, working with information, and the role of technology in forming societal values. So you will learn about such important values as: Creativity, Involvement/Responsibility , Co-Creation, Development/Innovativeness, Tolerance&Diversity, Caring. Also, you will see the importance of digital education for digital transformation, which will contribute to combating fakes and manipulations and spreading socially important values. This module is aimed at youth, youth workers, teachers, educators and learners who wish to receive high-quality training in identifying socially important values, understanding their importance in creating content on social networks and their role in society as a whole. This module is the result of the Erasmus+ project “Well of Values: Youth as a Social Media Values Promoter”. The team of the Ukrainian Center of the Future – UCF, Ukraine consists of 4 outstanding and experienced psychologists headed by the chairman of the board and the director of the organization. The module consists of two topics of six hours of face-to-face or distance learning in a group and independent work of students. All themes are developed in a progressive and practical way. There is one video, lecture texts, practical exercises for students and evaluation.
Module 2 – Content consuming and creating responsibility based on values
In this module, you will learn about bubble as a phenomenon of modern social media, how it is formed and how it influences one’s perception of information and why it is serious. You will also learn about developing a successful cross-platform social media messaging strategy for effectively convey your voice, values, and insights to your target audience and how you deliver these messages. This module is aimed at youth, youth workers, teachers, educators and learners who wish to obtain a high-quality training on content consuming and creating responsibility. How consumption of someone else’s content shapes your own and how to build messages for the audience on social networks based on values. This module is a result of the Erasmus+ project “Well of Values: Youth as a Social Media Values Promoter”. The team of Cross Culture International foundation Cyprus – CCIF Cy is formed by 4 outstanding and experienced volunteers led by the director and the volunteer communication officer of the organization. The module is organised in two topics of six hours face-to-face or distance learning in group and independent working of learners. All topics are designed in a progressive and practical way. There is one video, lecture texts, practical work for learners and an assessment.

Module 4 – Specific features of marketing and advertising in social networks. Defining the audience and its needs
- Exploring the unique characteristics and mechanisms of effective social media marketing, such as content personalization, interactivity, real-time responsiveness, and performance tracking.
- Identifying various social media platforms and their specific marketing features, including user preferences, content presentation methods, and advertising trends.
- Analyzing the preferences and behaviors of the target audience across different social media platforms to understand their needs, interests, and expectations regarding advertising and marketing content.
- Determining key factors influencing the engagement and responses of the target audience to social media marketing campaigns, including emotional, educational, and entertainment factors.
- Developing personalized marketing and advertising strategies that effectively cater to the needs and preferences of the identified target audience across various social media channels.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of social media marketing and advertising campaigns through the analysis of metrics such as reach, engagement, conversions, and customer feedback, aiming to continually refine strategies and adapt them to the evolving needs of the target audience.
Module 5 – How to create effective content on Social Media
The aim of creating a project on “How to create effective content on Social Media” is to research, understand, and raise awareness about the most effective strategies for creating and promoting content on social media. The project seeks to provide guidelines, tools, and practical advice on creating content that engages audiences, builds loyalty, increases reach, and strengthens a brand or online presence. Additionally, the project aims to examine trends in social media and analyze effective techniques for managing marketing campaigns to support business objectives, such as increasing sales, brand awareness, and online engagement. The ultimate goal of the project is to equip participants with the practical knowledge and skills necessary to effectively create, manage, and optimize content on social media to achieve long-term success in today’s competitive digital environment.

Within each module sections are constructed in the following structure:

Requirements
For optimal monitoring of the course, students should have a B2-C1 level of the English language (as stated in CEFR).
Course Staff
Iryna Zubets
Iryna Zubets is the director of UCF. A psychologist-therapist practising the body approach, a certified counsellor in the trans-systemic approach, a trainer with a focus on effective communication with experience in Erasmus + projects, Master’s degree in social sciences, 8 years of experience in the field of psychology, coordination of social projects, an expert in creativity development and innovative approaches in adult education. She is co-author of training courses in the field of intergenerational dialogue and personal growth. Her interests include adult education and development, innovation and social policy, social inclusion and the promotion of active citizenship in the youth sector.
Tetiana Moiseieva
Tetiana Moiseieva is the UCF`s Director of Communications, PhD in social communications. 15 + years of experience working as a journalist on social issues as well as educational reform in Ukraine. 6 years experience in the psychological field, expert in development of creativity, communications. More than 5 years experience as a psychologist both with young people and adults. Author of training and courses in the field of the dialogue between generations and personal growth. Her interests cover youth education, innovation and social policy, social inclusion and promoting active citizenship in the youth sector.
Konstantina Sokratous
Konstantina Sokratous is the director of CCIF Cyprus. Doctoral research assistant with over six years of experience in statistical analysis. Currently focusing on designing and developing models to study decision making, with a focus on application of Artificial Intelligence, mathematical and computational modeling techniques. Strong knowledge in quantitative methods with experience in using Python and Research programming languages for analyzing data, and building predictive models using various types of data for anticipatory, reactive perceptual and dynamic decision-making. Awarded with fellowships for my research in Artificial Intelligence.
Kalia Maria Christodoulou
Kalia Maria Christodoulou works as a public-school teacher. She is the volunteer communication officer at CCIF Cyprus, experienced in volunteering and committed to recovering disadvantaged youth. She holds an MA in TESOL Studies (Teaching English as a Second Language). She has coordinated Erasmus+ projects since 2017. She facilitates teaching of Greek and English, responsible for the development of the training methodology in language teaching.
Diogo Morais
Diogo Morais has a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a master’s degree in Organizational Communication from the Lusophone University of Humanities and Technologies (ULHT). He is an ECATI (ULHT) assistant professor and a collaborating researcher at CICANT. His research interests range from Advertising in Video Games and Virtual Reality environments (using eye tracking), Online Behavior and Social Networks, Digital Learning, Fake News, Market Research, Statistics, and clinical research. He has extensive experience in research projects responsible for methodological/statistical issues in 3 projects funded by FCT (research fellow and service contract) and with extensive participation in Erasmus+ projects. He is a PhD student in Communication Sciences at ULHT specializing in Health Communication in Social Media. He is also an independent consultant in Market Research, an R&D consultant at Ares do Pinhal (NGO), and a teacher at ETPL. Lastly, he is a Research Scientist at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services, Inc.
Jarosław Krzewicki
Jarosław Krzewicki, president of the EHE’s management board, doctor of law, doctor of theology, long-term organiser of work in the field of promoting spirituality and science. Organiser of scientific symposia, academic lecturer at Polish and foreign universities, rector of a private university in Łódź, practising lawyer in a law firm, involved in the field of international, interreligious and intercultural dialogue, involved in a number of pro-European, pro-social and pro-ecological projects.
Karolina Krzewicka
Karolina Krzewicka, a specialist in the field of science and education, a pedagogue with many years of experience, dedicated to work for children and youth, with particular emphasis on socially excluded people. For many years actively supporting volunteering, engaged in dialogue at the international level; for many years living and operating in Western European countries.
Aleksander Wolski
Aleksander Wolski, Erasmus Project Coordinator gaining experience in partnership projects and an economics student specialising in social media. Has developed competences in video editing and processing, useful skills in the area of digital media and digital content, and an interest in the operation and use of artificial intelligence.
Dr Wojciech Duranowski
Dr Wojciech Duranowski has a PhD in economics; author of more than 30 scientific publications; lecturer and researcher at various universities in Poland and Ireland. His research interests cover innovation and social policy, youth education, NEETs, social business and entrepreneurship, social and financial inclusion. He is also interested in the field of startup economics and the importance of seed funding for new innovation organizations. He has broad experience in EU funded projects implementation.
Zbigniew Dąbrowski
Zbigniew Dąbrowski is expert in the non-governmental sector. For many years he worked on the board of international corporations in Poland; a long-term marketing director in stock exchange companies. Currently he actively works in the higher education sector and non-governmental organizations. He co-organized several conferences devoted to regional cooperation under the Eastern Partnership initiative of the European Union. He managed the projects in the field of youth sector, in which his main interests are education and integration, ecology and sport. He organized and conducted events related to the social economy – conferences, seminars and workshops. He also has experience in managing projects co-funded by the EU. An expert in sales and marketing, advertising and Internet marketing, as well as in social media activity (over 15 years in this field in business), which are valued in projects about entrepreneurship. In the past, he was a long-term academic teacher – specializing in philosophy, logic and sociology.
Zuzanna Szewczyk
Zuzanna Szewczyk, graduate of Social Policy at the University of Warsaw, currently a student of Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She is interested in the fight against social exclusion, the development of human rights and persons with disabilities and inclusive education. She is a project coordinator in the youth, adult and higher education. She also runs a fanpage of educational projects on social media and is Project Coordinator of The Eastern Institute of Business Education Foundation and Anna-Tomaszewicz Dobrska Foundation. She is coordinator of Erasmus+ project: Well of Values: Youth as a Social Media Values Promoter and also was a co-author of the winning project: Vocational Education and Training – An additional set of tools for vocational education and training in gastronomy to improve the proffesional situation of students on the labor market.
Ana Cunha
Ana Cunha holds a BA in Modern Languages and Literatures as well as a Postgraduation in Educational Sciences and is attending a PhD in Education Sciences. She coordinates the Translation and Languages Department and the Lusophone Institute for Research and Development and is an Assistant Professor at Lusófona University, where she has been recognized as an Expert in Modern Languages and Literatures. She is the Principal Investigator (PI) of the Erasmus + projects: IC-ENGLISH – innovative platform for adult language education (2018-1-PL01-KA204-050784), Montessori Method in Teaching 2nd Language to Adults (2019-1-TR01-KA204-074258), VIR_TEACH – A Virtual Solution for a comprehensive and coordinated training for foreign language Teachers in Europe (2018-1- ES01- KA203-050045), Developing and Sharing Adults’ Language Teachers´ (e)Skills (2020-1- EE01-KA104-077624), Professional English Skills For Employability Across EU (2020-1-UK01- KA202-079035), Alliance for multilingual and multicultural competences for teachers (2020- 1-UK01-KA201-079026), INTRO – Introduction to digital learning (2020-1-FR01-KA202- 079814), and STORYLINE: STORYtelling for (Language) Learning in an Interactive and Non formal Environment (2020-2-RO01-KA205-080819). She is an investigator in the Erasmus + project: Training the Educators to Facilitate the Teaching and Assessment of Abstract Syllabus by the Use of Serious Games (2020-1- UK01-KA203-079248).
Anabela Mateus
Anabela Mateus holds a BA in Translation, an MA in American Studies and an Advanced Studies Diploma in Translation and Terminology and is currently writing her PhD thesis. She has been a university teacher and trainer for the past twenty years as well as translator and researcher. She has been working with English for Specific Purposes in different professional contexts such as the healthcare, military, aviation, and management among several other fields. She is currently involved in Erasmus Plus projects Developing and Sharing Adults’ Language Teachers´ (e)Skills (2020-1-EE01-KA104-077624), Professional English Skills For Employability Across EU (2020-1-UK01-KA202-079035), Alliance for multilingual and multicultural competences for teachers (2020-1-UK01-KA201-079026) and STORYLINE: STORYtelling for (Language) Learning in an Interactive and Non-formal Environment (2020-2-RO01-KA205-080819).
