About This Course
E-learning course “Create & evolve in digital era” aims to develop and pilot a e-Learning course “create and evolve in digital era” for youth organizations staff/members who are responsible for communications, namely the ones related with digital content. The overarching goal is to promote the development of creative and digital skills anchored in values that will lead to effective usage of existing communications strategies, as well as to develop new ones with other organizations, authorities and individuals. This can increase the dissemination of values -creativity, development, cooperation, involvement- that are relevant for a successful common future with more youth participation and civic engagement through social media.
The WP3 can also feed the contents for the development of WP4, a Manual for youth workers throughout Europe.
Specific objects include:
- to enhance youth workers’ capacity to identify and build on values that are important to them and for the development of
- to develop youth workers’ digital skills enabling them to promote values of the future through social media
- to foster creative skills approaches in promoting youth participation, active citizenship, sustainability in social media
Course Development and Implementation:
Concerning the development of the Course (5 modules, 30 hours of asynchronous e-learning), we propose the following 5 modules and partner engagement:
- I. Values as a factor that shapes the future and promote democratic and sustainable development to create content for young audience on social media. Creativity, involvement, co-creation, and development as values of future.
- II. Scale and Develop of Social Media: creative approaches in promoting youth participation, active citizenship in social media.
- III. Target audience psychology. Connection between content usefulness and consumers’ needs. Motivation and involvement of young people, especially in remote areas. Youth engaging and empowerment, confident and optimistic for the future. Accessing new opportunities to network, collaborate and participate in society.
- IV. Principles and tools of creative networking in social networks, building effective communication with other society members (authorities, communities, etc.) on the basis of common values for projects realization, strengthening civic engagement and youth participation.
- V. Creative marketing and advertising on social networks. Targeting. Market. Competitors.
Requirements
For optimal monitoring of the course, students should have a B2-C1 level of the English language (as stated in CEFR).

A specialist in the field of science and education, a pedagogue with many years of experience, dedicated to work for children and youth, with particular emphasis on socially excluded people. For many years actively supporting volunteering, engaged in dialogue at the international level; for many years living and operating in Western European countries.
Aleksander Wolski
Erasmus Project Coordinator gaining experience in partnership projects and an economics student specialising in social media. Has developed competences in video editing and processing, useful skills in the area of digital media and digital content, and an interest in the operation and use of artificial intelligence.
Konstantina Sokratous
Research Assistant Behavioral and Cognitive Neuroscience
Konstantina Sokratous is the director of CCIF Cyprus. Doctoral candidate in the area of Cognitive Neuroscience with multiple years of experience in data analysis. Currently focusing on designing and developing cognitive models of decision making, while leveraging various methods such as Artificial Intelligence, mathematical and computational modeling. Strong knowledge in using Python and Research programming languages for complex, nonlinear neural and behavioral data such as those often gathered from anticipatory, reactive perceptual and dynamic decision-making tasks.
Kalia Maria Christodoulou
Volunteer Communication Officer, MSc Education
Kalia Maria Christodoulou is a volunteer communication officer at CCIF Cyprus. She has experience in working and supporting youth from diverse backgrounds. She is responsible for facilitating learning of Greek and English languages in non-formal education at the center of CCIF Cyprus. She holds an MA in TESOL Studies (Teaching English as a Second Language). Since 2017, she is the coordinator for the Erasmus+ projects and she is involved in the development of various training methodologies in language teaching.
Camilla Bonomo

Camilla is a Sociology Graduate and currently a Data Science Master Student at the University of Trento (Italy), Department of Sociology and Social Research. She is interested in leveraging data for feminist issues and in studying the relationship between technology, gender and society. She is engaging herself in activities like academic research for universities (especially for the University of Padova) and Organizations like CCIF Cyprus.
Ivan Petkanych
Master’s degree in Finance, CFO
Ivan Petkanych is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the NGO “Ukrainian Center of the Future”. He is an expert in the fields of innovative education, psychology, intercultural dialogue, corporate social responsibility, social entrepreneurship and community development. The creator and developer of an interdisciplinary approach for the personal and social development. Leader of ongoing curricula (studying program)in psychology and psychotherapy in transsystem approach.
Iryna Zubets
Master of Social Sciences, psychologist
Iryna Zubets is the director of UCF. A psychologist-therapist practising the body approach, a certified counsellor in the trans-systemic approach, a trainer with a focus on effective communication with experience in Erasmus + projects, Master’s degree in social sciences, 8 years of experience in the field of psychology, coordination of social projects, an expert in creativity development and innovative approaches in adult education. She is co-author of training courses in the field of intergenerational dialogue and personal growth. Her interests include adult education and development, innovation and social policy, social inclusion and the promotion of active citizenship in the youth sector.
Tetiana Moiseieva
PhD in social communications, psychologist
Tetiana Moiseieva is the UCF`s Director of Communications, PhD in social communications. 15 + years of experience working as a journalist on social issues as well as educational reform in Ukraine. 6 years experience in the psychological field, expert in development of creativity, communications. More than 5 years experience as a psychologist both with young people and adults. Author of training and courses in the field of the dialogue between generations and personal growth. Her interests cover youth education, innovation and social policy, social inclusion and promoting active citizenship in the youth sector.
Dr Wojciech Duranowski
PhD in economics; author of more than 30 scientific publications; lecturer and researcher at various universities in Poland and Ireland. His research interests cover innovation and social policy, youth education, NEETs, social business and entrepreneurship, social and financial inclusion. He is also interested in the field of startup economics and the importance of seed funding for new innovation organizations. He has broad experience in EU funded projects implementation.
Zbigniew Dąbrowski
Expert in the non-governmental sector. For many years he worked on the board of international corporations in Poland; a long-term marketing director in stock exchange companies. Currently he actively works in the higher education sector and non-governmental organizations. He co-organized several conferences devoted to regional cooperation under the Eastern Partnership initiative of the European Union. He managed the projects in the field of youth sector, in which his main interests are education and integration, ecology and sport. He organized and conducted events related to the social economy – conferences, seminars and workshops. He also has experience in managing projects co-funded by the EU. An expert in sales and marketing, advertising and Internet marketing, as well as in social media activity (over 15 years in this field in business), which are valued in projects about entrepreneurship. In the past, he was a long-term academic teacher – specializing in philosophy, logic and sociology.
Diogo Morais
Psychologist and Master in Organizational Communication. Lecturer/Researcher at Universidade Lusófona ECATI/CICANT in Market Research and Communication
Diogo Morais has a degree in Work and Organizational Psychology and a master’s degree in Organizational Communication from the Lusófona University. He is an ECATI (ULusófona) assistant professor and a collaborating researcher at CICANT. His research interests range from Advertising in Video Games and Virtual Reality environments (using eye tracking), Online Behavior and Social Networks, Digital Learning, Fake News, Market Research, Statistics, and clinical research. He has extensive experience in research projects responsible for methodological/statistical issues in 3 projects funded by FCT (research fellow and service contract) and with extensive participation in Erasmus+ projects. He is a PhD student in Communication Sciences at ULusófona specializing in Health Communication in Social Media. He is also an independent consultant in Market Research, an R&D consultant at Ares do Pinhal (NGO), and a teacher at ETPL. Lastly, he is a Research Scientist at CTI Clinical Trial and Consulting Services, Inc.
